First off, self improvement is a biological, naturally occurring event. Your brain evolves based on self improvement. Have you ever done a task one way, discovered a better way, but refused to do it the better way? Probably not.

Have you ever seen mankind revert backwards technologically? I don't think so. Take your average automobile. In days of yore, anywhere near one hundred thousand miles on a vehicle was tremendous. Usually by that time it was creaking, groaning and burning a near constant stream of blue smoke out the tailpipe. In this day and age, given proper maintenance, your vehicle easily doubles that mileage or triples it. That's improvement, and you can do the same thing.

Can you imagine doubling or tripling your income?

But, and this is huge, how many times have you had a good idea that you know would lead to success but you failed to execute because of self doubt or procrastination, or some other flimsy excuse? This happens all the time to most people. That's why most people live ordinary lives.

A personal development plan that nourishes and protects your brain is vital for personal success. To stay motivated you need to change the way of your inner sanctum.

The first step is to realize the incredible power that you contain. Your potential is enormous. You may not see it now, but it's there. Meditate on this daily. The simple fact that you have enormous potential and capability. Even if you don't believe it now, you will.

As a part of all this, nourish your brain and body so that you can perform at your best.

The second step is to develop your brain power. You may now believe that you are ordinary. This is far from true. You may have an inner sense that you are capable of more. This is true. You build brain power by creating balance in your life. Follow the steps in this site to create this balance.

The third step is to let it happen by taking action. It's easier than you may now realize. Discipline and decision making are a big part of the scene. This is easy once you begin to nourish your brain.
