Self-esteem is the value that you place on yourself. It is feeling secure enough to confidently trust your mind. It means you have a strong sense of right from wrong. You make healthy choices for your life.
The person with a good sense of self-esteem goes into life with an attitude of discovery. They assume nothing unless their good senses tell them otherwise. They make mistakes but learn from these errors. They don't tolerate abuses or threats from others. They live their lives without allowing fear to destroy them. They feel fear but persevere knowing that they can trust their minds.
