What is Brain Fog?

Brain fog is a terrible problem. I know. I had a terrible case of the stuff. For a long time I thought that I was bound to suffer for the rest of my life. Now I know that my brain fog was caused by my lifestyle.

It can cause you to forget what you were doing or what you were going to do. It causes you to lose track of your thoughts. You may have difficulty following simple directions or understanding simple concepts. These plus other problems are just some of the examples of a brain getting bad nourishment. The good news is that you can do something about this condition. I did and so can you. You simply have to incorporate some easy changes into your life. And remember, you have to give these changes time to take effect.

Have you ever been talking to someone and you lost your thought? It's happened to me. You simply couldn't remember what you were talking about or what you were going to say next. Or, say, you couldn't think of a common everyday word that you wanted to use when talking with someone. You couldn't think how that word was properly pronounced. How about forgetting why you went somewhere? Like going to the kitchen or your garage but forgot why. What about being easily distracted?

Your problem might have been as a result of a minor brain injury, neglect, or even normal age related problems. With me it was a combination of minor head injury and poor diet without proper supplements. Prevention goes a long ways when it comes to your brain and health.

It is helpful to learn as much as you can about bad brain behaviours. This is important but it is even more important to practice continuously good productive habits that will improve your life. You must be unrelenting in your quest. This sounds difficult but really it isn't. In fact, you will be surprised at how easy and straight forward these changes are.

Increase brain power!

Remember that your brain thrives on good nutrients. This means good healthy foods, exercise, supplements, and rest. But, don't overdo the rest with laziness. Simply staying up too late can knock your brain out of sync and you won't feel well.
